I've lost 8lbs total in 2 weeks...if only I could lose 4 every week from here on out!! My exercise has been sporadic - too hot is my current excuse. : )
I'm down 2 more pounds. I managed to walk 6+ miles 3 days last week. I'm going to start Callenetics this Thursday after Kristi leaves for Atlanta. Better to struggle my way through it while no one is here to watch! Great job Kathleen with your loss!!
I've done the Callanetics stomach exercises a couple of times this week, and use the stairs up and down (three floors) instead of the elevator at work unless I'm carrying stuff. I'll post my weight results tomorrow evening after weigh-in at work.
I haven't lost any, but I've not gained, either. I ate like crap this week, though. I plan on being more mindful of what I do eat this week. Until I get to Atlanta and then it's eat what you can, when you can.
Michele, it's not like I'm going to sit on the couch and critique your form. Ya goofball. ;P

After weigh-in today, I've lost another 2.8 lbs, which puts me at 26.2 lbs. total. I got a nice little 25 lb. medallion to put on my 10% keychain.
